Unseasonably warm weather caused local almond trees to bloom earlier than usual this year, and then last week’s rain hampered pollination. Will there still be almonds at harvest time? “Yes, there could still be a crop this year,” said Bill Krueger, the Glenn County farm adviser, who works for the University of California Cooperative Extension.
